Kerala Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation (KCMMF) popularly known by its trade name Milma, is one of the most profitable cooperatives in Kerala.

The state-run cooperative society, based in Thiruvananthapuram, was founded in 1980.

KCMMF is a Federation of three Regional Milk Unions: 

  1. Ernakulam Regional Co-operative Milk Producers’ Union (ERCMPU)
  2. Trivandrum Regional Co-operative Milk Producers’ Union (TRCMPU)
  3. Malabar Regional Co-operative Milk Producers’ Union (MRCMPU)

In 2025, Milma shared 92.5 percent of its profits with farmers.

Crunching the Data: Analyzing India's Breakfast Cereals 🥣🥛

I analyzed 55 products (with known nutrition facts as of April 24, 2024) in the Breakfast Cereals category of the India database of Open Food Facts - the 'Wikipedia of food'. The data, which has been obtained from Open Food Facts and subsequently cleaned, is available on GitHub in CSV format . The data, which has been obtained from Open Food Facts and subsequently cleaned up, is available on GitHub in CSV format .
