Food Price Trends & Comparison

As e-commerce and Quick commerce promising fast deliveries and competitive prices become more popular, consumers now have to decide where to get it from. The following websites let you compare prices -

Quickcompare.in launched in 2025 allows you to compare prices across various Quick Commerce services such as Zepto, Swiggy, Blinkit, DMart, JioMart, and bbNow.

* The Price History website lets you check price history charts & track prices for not just food products but also other items sold on popular ecommerce sites.

Open Prices is a project to collect and share prices of products around the world. Rather than scraping prices from retailers' websites, prices are crowd-sourced. As of March 2025, the dataset had product prices for 80 food products from India. It's a publicly available dataset that can be used for research, analysis, and more. Open Prices is developed and maintained by Open Food Facts.

* Google has a Price History feature that shows price trends over a period of time. This may be an experimental feature as it only shows up occasionally.

If this panel on the Google Search page appears while searching for food products by brand name, it also lists the online stores you can buy it from. The Compare Prices link shows the prices at e-commerce stores.

If you know of any other services that offer similar features, please share it in the Comments section.
